2. Hosting – Hetzner Online GmbH

This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you visit this site, your browser automatically transmits data to our server, including:

  • IP address (anonymised after processing)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring URL
  • Date and time of the request

3. Server Management – CloudPanel

Our server is managed using CloudPanel, an open-source server control panel (by MegaVar Inc.) running directly on our Hetzner server. CloudPanel is used to manage hosting configurations, web server settings, and SSL certificates. It does not independently collect visitor data or transmit data to third parties — all data remains on the Hetzner infrastructure described above. 4. Analytics – Umami

We use Umami for website analytics, self-hosted on our own server at umami.goat-client.de. Umami collects fully anonymous, aggregated statistics such as page views and referral sources. No cookies are set, no personal data is stored, and no data is shared with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.


5. Contact & Application Forms – Web3Forms

Our contact form (Support page) and job application form (Jobs page) use Web3Forms (operated by MegaVar Inc., 2055 Limestone Rd STE 200-C, Wilmington, DE 19808, USA) to process form submissions. When you submit a form, the data you entered (name, email address, and message/application content) is transmitted to Web3Forms servers and forwarded to us by email. 6. Social Media & External Links

Our website contains links to external social media platforms. When you click these links you leave our site and the respective platform's own privacy policy applies. We have no influence over the data collected by these services:
